Station Town by National Homes is a new master-planned community coming to Markham, at the southeast corner of Castlemore Avenue and Markham Road. Station Town will be a mixed-use development, consisting of two 18-storey apartment buildings and 56 townhouses.
DEVELOPER
National Homes was founded in 1992 and has since then established a portfolio of over 5,000 homes in the GTA, developed 8,000 acres of land and thousands of square feet of retail and commercial space. A builder that boasts reliability and reputation by focusing on customer needs and wants when building each and every home. National Homes revels in transforming empty parcels of land into lively communities.
AMENITIES
Although the exact amenities are not yet known, National Homes is known for providing state-of-the-art amenities that cater to the needs of each individual resident. Amenities in nearby condominiums include a lounge on the main floor, fitness centres with a kids play area, entertainment room with games area, billiards table, party room with kitchen, private dining space, landscaped terrace with BBQs, and pet spas. Residents at Station Town can expect similar amenities.
SUITE FINISHES
With National Homes heading both the development and interior design of this project, Station Town will seamlessly flow in aesthetic design from the outside of the building to the inside.
National Homes’ interior design makes sure that the homeowner feels right at home as soon as they walk in. Previous developments included elevations of stone, stucco and classic brick outside, dressing rooms, benches in mud rooms, vaulted ceilings and serveries.
