The Unionville Condos is a proposal for a nine storey mixed-use building, that is approximately 35 metres tall at 9332 – 9346 Kennedy Road. The proposed site is approximately 1.85 acres in size and currently has four existing properties. The subject lands are west of Kennedy Road, about 200 metres north of 16th Avenue.

To the north are undeveloped lands that will be the site of a future townhouse development and to the south is Unionville Montessori Private School. To the east and west are residential and townhouse developments.

The Unionville Condos will provide a significant amount of space to its residents, both for leisure and for retail spaces. The residential and retail area will will provide plenty of space for private outdoor amenity space dedicated to residents.

A total of 269 units are proposed and will likely provide a variety of suite sizes.
